Shipping Policy
Terms of delivery to all destinations (Except ITALY)
Most orders are delivered within 2/3 working days (Saturdays and Sundays excluded). Should the delivery take place in different or longer times, we will send an e-mail informing you of the estimated delivery time. Delivery times after shipping made by express courier may vary from 3 to 12 days.
FREE SHIPPING on Orders of 50€ & UP
For orders under 50€ shipping cost are fix at 8€ for all worldwide destinations.
Customs duty (if applicable)
Customs duties and/or taxes may be levied, as applicable in the destination country, on goods delivered outside Italy. Customs duties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Oakeysi cannot determine nor control customs duties as determined by the destination country.
Delivery delays
Should the order not be dealt with within 30 days from purchase, the customer has the right to immediately ask for a full refund within the following 7 days.
